    BOARD MEETING MINUTES
    Thursday, April 5, 2018

    Maricarmen Bandin, Corresponding Secretary

    ALSO PRESENT:
    Kathryn Sajdak, LCAM – General Manager, NextGen Management, LLC

    The Board Meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m. at the Clubhouse.

    A motion by Trisha Cogan to waive the reading and approve the minutes of the March 1, 2018 Board Meeting and Membership Meeting was seconded by Tammy Wyant and carried unanimously.

    The Treasury Report was read by Tammy Wyant, Treasurer.

    Report of Officers: None

    Report of Committees: Mike Wyant reported that the Document Reform Committee will start working when they have more participation. Bruce Michener provided a copy of email regarding his opinion and Landscape issues. Bruce Michener also commented on the common area irrigation, next lawn service date and Everglades Restoration project.

    Reports of Unfinished Business:

    A motion by Terry Moody to approve and enact a Corporate Resolution regarding Screening of Purchasers and Tenants was seconded by Trisha Cogan and carried unanimously.

    A motion by Terry Moody to approve a $2,461.00 proposal to put the Family Pool fence back to the permitted locations was seconded by Trisha Cogan and carried unanimously.

    New Business:

    A motion by Trisha Cogan to approve a proposal from Mike O’Brien Pools for $13,950.00 to resurface the Clubhouse Pool was seconded by Terry Moody and carried unanimously.

    With no further business to discuss Terry Moddy adjourned the meeting at 8:03 p.m.
